When should I order my product?
Do you have a shop? What are your opening hours? No, I don’t have a shop outlet. You may find LVK at Capital Region Farmers Market every Saturday morning from 7:30 am to 11.30 am at Exhibition Park in Canberra.
How much is delivery?
Can we collect our orders? And how should I transport it?
Yes, you may collect your order. I'm very proud of LVK's reputation for quality products and outstanding service. LVK's products are delicate, perishable items and as such should be treated with care. Especially in the warmer months, it is vital to keep the product cool and out of direct sunlight. Unfortunately once you take possession of your products, I cannot take responsibility for any damage incurred during transportation, or due to handling or storage of the product by customers. LVK offers a delivery service for all products at an additional cost to ensure they arrive safely.
Ingredients & Nutritional Information
Is every dish completely vegan?
Absolutely. Delicious, handmade and vegan. Nothing but plants.
Is your food organic?
I want delicious, exciting, plant-powered foods to be available and accessible to as many people as possible. I've done the maths. If LVK meals were 100% organic, each dish would become at least 50% more expensive, that isn't viable for most people. But the planet shouldn't have to pay for our mad world. That's why Lily’s Vegan Kitchen is 100% committed to using sustainable, scalable, high-quality and, wherever possible, organically grown ingredients.
We can say that:
100% of our dry goods are certified organic. This includes items such as nuts, seeds, coconut milk/ flakes, cacao, spices, dried fruit etc.
80% of our fresh fruit and vegetable produce is either certified organic, pesticide free or in transition. Where organic is an available option to LVK, I will always take it. On top of that, I'm working towards a zero-waste goal in both my kitchen and yours. All our meals are perfectly portioned, packaging is 100% recyclable, reusable or compostable and LVK kitchen works to a strict minimal waste policy, which is a big challenge that I'm always improving on. Do email me on firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions or want more information.
Are any of your meals gluten, low FODMAP or allergen free?
Absolutely! Cooking up plant-based goodness for every preference and dietary requirement is something I'm working hard to achieve.
LVK aim is to offer a wide selection of meals to cater for different dietary requirements, such as, Gluten-Free, LOW-FODMAP, Nut-Free, Low-Salt, No-Sugar, Paleo options.
Please be aware that I cannot guarantee any of LVK dishes will be completely free from traces of key allergens. I and LVK does not take liability for allergies. Please ensure you read the ingredients list for each meal thoroughly before purchasing. If you have a strong reaction or risk of anaphylaxis, I do NOT recommend ordering with us. If you would like help ordering a box of these allergen-free specific meals, we are more than happy to put together a special customised meal for you. Please feel free to message us over at email@example.com
I have an autoimmune issue and need special plant-based meal, can you help me?
I love to help people and I can't guarantee that your request can be fulfilled. However, I encourage you to please contact me to discuss your options and see if together we can design a menu, meal or event suitable for you.

About Lily’s Vegan Kitchen
Can I change the world by eating plant-based vegan meals?Let’s focus on the logic. The food on your plate three times a day requires resources from our beautiful planet in the form of land, energy, water (and more!). By choosing to eat Lily’s Vegan Kitchen or even mostly plants, we can significantly reduce the environmental footprint.
- Protect Land. Animal agriculture requires 38% of all ice-free land. That’s because 1.5 acres of land can produce 375 pounds of meat or 37,000 pounds of plant-based food.
- Reduce Greenhouse Gases. The UN states that animal agriculture produces 18% of annual worldwide greenhouse gas emissions. We can radically reduce that number by making sure our food is as plant-forward as possible.
- Protect Sea. Animal agriculture uses 70% of the world’s freshwater consumption. Think about it. There’s the animal that needs to be fed from birth, they feed on crop that needs to be grown with water and need their own supply of H2O to keep them hydrated. On top of that gallons of water is used in the cleaning process. So plant-forward means more freshwater for our whole world.
