WELCOME! I'M LILIAN AND I CREATED LILY'S VEGAN KITCHEN WITH THE MISSION OF MAKING VEGAN EATING MORE ACCESSIBLE & LESS INTIMIDATING BY REDEFINING WHAT IT MEANS TO EAT WELL.

I come from a family where food was (and still is!) the ultimate expression of love.  And since childhood, I cherished and have fallen in love with the rituals involved in preparing wholesome, homemade food that nourished our family from the inside out.

I cook based on the principles of wholefoods, plant-based diet, and strive to use ingredients that are organic, seasonal, and local whenever possible!  I strongly believe that healthy food can be approachable, delicious, and indulgent.

I have become more aware and conscious about nutrition and what my family eats when my late husband was diagnosed with Lyme and Motor Neuron Disease (MND). In my quest to help him heal, I read a lot about food's relationship to disease, how wholesome and plant-based foods had healing superpowers and that we should all be eating as many of them as we can. My beloved husband is gone now, but I think of him every day and am grateful that our time together unearthed my passion for helping people eat a more healthful and restorative diet.

I am an advocate for issues related to health, nutrition, sustainability, animal welfare, and local farmers.

I am passionate about food as well as assisting people with their general wellbeing through custom orders.

When I’m not cooking for my amazing clients, you can find me in my home kitchen, happily cooking for my family.
